The patient came in with a complex, long-standing problem: a disturbed bite together with worn, discoloured and broken-down teeth across the whole mouth. Decay, old failing restorations and missing teeth had combined to affect both function and appearance. A case like this cannot be solved one tooth at a time; it needs a plan for the whole mouth.

The patient came in with extensive wear and breakdown affecting teeth in both jaws. Years of gradual damage had left the teeth shortened and uneven, no longer able to carry the bite properly. Damage on this scale is not treated tooth by tooth: the whole mouth is planned together and rebuilt in a controlled order.

The patient came in with teeth that had worn down over many years. The edges had become shortened and uneven, the colour had darkened, and the smile no longer looked the way the patient wanted. Wear develops slowly and quietly, and by the time it is noticed it usually affects many teeth at once rather than just one.

The patient came in with an old amalgam (metal) filling on a molar that had been there for years. Over time, the seal between the filling and the tooth had broken down, allowing bacteria to penetrate underneath. The neighboring teeth also showed staining and early decay in the fissure grooves. A sign that the damage was spreading.

All three teeth were carefully treated in a single session. The old amalgam was removed, all decay was cleaned out, and the teeth were restored with artistic composite restorations. Each restoration was shaped to replicate the natural anatomy of the tooth: the cusps, the grooves, the subtle surface texture that makes a tooth look like a tooth.

The patient came in with a tooth that had been crowned years earlier. Beneath the old crown the tooth had split and a cyst had formed at the root. The structure was too compromised to save. Left in place, a tooth like this stays a source of chronic infection.

The hopeless tooth was replaced with a titanium implant and a permanent zirconia crown, a fixed restoration that looks and works like a natural tooth.
